Mike Roberts, 62, of Roanoke, passed away on September 23, 2022 at his residence.

Mike was well known in the biker community and was known to his friends as “Shorty” and “Lil Mike”. He always owned a Harley and rode motorcycles since he was a teen. He loved to ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway and ride up to Roanoke Mountain to the overlook. Mike also enjoyed hunting.

He is survived by his mother, Beverly Roberts; daughters, Whitney Roberts and fiancée, James Campbell and Samantha Roberts; brother, Tony Roberts; sister, Teresa Roberts; grandchildren, Natalie and Ella Campbell; two nephews, Jacob Roberts and Lucas Roberts; and his grandnephew, Mason Roberts.

Mike was preceded in death by his father who served in the navy, Paul Roberts; and his Chihuahua, Ricky that he loved so much and recently passed in July.

A celebration of life will be held at his mother’s residence, 269 Key Lakewood Drive, Moneta, on Friday, September 30, 2022 from 4:00 until 6:00 pm
