A Rock n' Roll Reunion is planned for the Friday after Thanksgiving.  I am finalizing the contract currently.  Will send out details once I have a signed deal.  I am also working on getting group room rates at the Inn at Reading in case people need them.

I have an entertainment group that is out of this world that I want to fly up from FL to perform for us.  They are amazing!  Seriously it will b one of the best times of your life.  I used this group for an conference last year for 450 people and people are still talking about how great it was.  I was able to get a discounted rate from them since I do a lot of business with the production compay but it is still more expensive then a DJ but trust me well worth it!

I am hoping since this is the 25th and with this much notice, that people can plan on spending around $100 a person.  I am working out costs but I also want to get a photo booth not sure if you have seen those but they are a blast.  I know this sounds like a lot of money for two people but these are basically like planning a wedding every five years and it is a total crap shot on how many people are going to come.   Right now, I have around $115 in my estimates if we have 150 people there (half the class with guests) but I am still working on cost figures.   I will personally pay for the entertainers flights and hotel rooms but I still need to pay for all the other costs.  I would like to eliminate print invites and do everything electronically so please spread the word and get me people's email addresses so we can get everyone.

Can you let me know if you are planning on attending at a $100 plus cost per person so I can get a better estimate of things?  I would greatly appreciate it.
