Memory lane

Here's an oldie and something many will remember.  Picture was taken I believe in 1956.  Rock Hill Safety Patrol in Washington D.C. We were the guys who held those metal stop signs at the cross walks. 

Lowell Bomar remembers this parade well. He played a drum and his upper leg was black & blue from it bouncing on his leg all the way down Pennsylvania Ave!
