I went to Whig Hill grade school and Auburn High with Steve Lee. His name is also memorialized at the LZ Peace Memorial in Midway Village in Rockford, Illinois. It has the names of the Winnebago County men who died in the Vietnam War. Rest well in eternal peace my friend.
