Jodi,

Thanks for doing all of this website. I think I just missed you at the visitation. I saw many of our Boylan Alum at the Waterfront last night. I think we are all just in shock. I was so looking forward to seeing him at our meeting next week. I hadn't seen him for over a year. I know we are all trying to figure out why?

Frank was so full of life. We had the kind of friendship that we wouldn't see each other for a year, several years and then run into each other and it would be right where we left off. I hadn't seen him for probably 4 years when I moved back to Rockford in 1994 from Minneapolis. We literally ran into each other. I was rollerblading on the bike path when all of a sudden this crazed rollerblader comes out of no where like a bat out of hell and ran into me and we both fell. I was like,"Who the hell is that?" It was Frank. We both just cracked up.

There have been so many questions raised this past week. I guess we just really pray for him and pray that he is at peace. We also need to pray for his family. His boys, Franc and Kyle. I know they loved their dad so much.

So, yes, we do move forward with the reunion. We make it a fun and memorable event. I know Frank was looking forward to going. Frank would want us to have the best party ever. So let's do it!!

May peace be with you, Frank. We love you and always will have a special place for you in our hearts.
