If April showers bring May flowers, what do May flowers bring? Pilgrims. Sorry, just could not resist, April is humor month! Did you know that April is named after the goddess of love, Aphrodite? Maybe this explains why April’s birthstone is the diamond. If you were fortunate enough to be born this month you know what they say about diamonds being a girl’s best friend? (You lucky April birthday babies!) This is also a great month to plant a tree; the 26th of the month is Arbor Day; or maybe just enjoy a picnic under one?

SEPTEMBER 27th and 28th!
Plans are underway for what we can all view as an ongoing once a year reunion rally with a new location from year to year! From here on out it seems that an annual gathering is well worth putting together and attending. “If not now, when?” is the continued question to ponder at this point in all our lives!
Complete details for the September weekend are forthcoming! (To date, an informal Saturday get together at the Bar Run Golf and RV Resort is being arranged).
