BARBARA BARNARD
BARNARD--Barbara Bralver, died unexpectedly on November 1st during a courageous battle with breast cancer. Beloved daughter of Judy and the late Paul, mother of Matthew and Joshua and wife of the late Michael. Dear sister of Chuck and aunt of Andrew, Rob, Cally, Owen, Reed, and Lexi. Devoted her long career to supporting research at CUNY. Lifelong musician and music-lover. Memorial Monday, November 5th at 11am at the Yale Club, 50 Vanderbilt Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations to Collegiate Chorale or Memorial Sloan-Kettering suggested.

I am so sad to hear of Barbara's passing. We both attended Carnegie Mellon. It's good to know that she had a meaningful career in research.
