Traveling in the Army took me to OK, KS, TX, OK again, (along with a couple of tours in Viet Nam), Germany and then to Colorado. I fell in love with the state, so lived there from 1974 - 2015. Most of my children and grandchildren live in CO.
After living in the mountains in Evergreen for 20 years, I moved down to Highlands Ranch for a couple of years. My wife of 46 years, Mary Dunn Evans died there.
I married Jeannie Ridings on June 14, 2014. We have been dancing the night away, ever since. Denver got too crazy with people and traffic so we got out of there.
I retired August 1, 2016 and we live in Florida in the winter and South Dakota in the summer. Best of both worlds.
