Nanette Batty

Nanette Roberts Logan Batty died July 9, 2010. She was 55.

Mrs. Batty was born May 14, 1955 in Ogden, Utah. She graduated from Roy High School in 1974.

She spent much of her early adult life in Roy, Utah and worked as a finance manager for a car dearlership in Ogden.

Mrs. Batty raised her sons, Justin Ray Logan and Joshua Roberts Logan from her first marriage to Lonnie Ray Logan.

She married again in 1988 to Paul Batty, who had a daughter, Angela. The couple had a daughter together, Tessa Jayne Batty in August 1990.

The family moved to Lake Oswego in 1994. Mrs. Batty spent several more years in auto finance before she returned to school to become a pharmacy technician.

As an adult, Mrs. Batty located her biological father, Richard M. Favero, and enjoyed a close relationship with him.

Mrs. Batty enjoyed reading, gardening, fishing at the family cabin in Grand Lake, Colo., shopping, cross-stitching and crocheting and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her husband Paul Batty of Lake Oswego, son Joshua Roberts Logan, Tigard, daughter and son-in-law Tessa Jayne Batty and Nick Heath of Tigard, stepdaughter Angela Batty of South Dakota, mother Nancy J. Roberts of Clackamas, father Richard Favero of Las Vegas, brother and sister-in-law Richard and Rosanne Roberts, and brother Matthew Roberts, all of Utah, sister and brother-in-law Jeannette and James McGraw, Clackamas, stepsister and brother-in-law Marsha Sue and Earl Eckel of Tennessee.

Her stepfather Glenn M. Roberts and her son Justin Logan preceded her in death.

A funeral service will be held today, July 15, at 1 p.m. at Mountain Park Community Church.

Logan; and daughters, Tessa Jayne and Angela J. Batty. A celebration of life will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 15, 2010, in Mountain Park Community Church, Lake Oswego. Arrangements by Sunnyside Little Chapel of the Chimes.
