Jeffrey Jerome Andrews, died Aug. 12, 2004, at the Hays Medical Center, at the age of 42. He died as a result of a pulmonary embolism.
The son of Gary Russell and Judith Ann (Riedel) Andrews, he was born Sept. 30,1961 in Hays. His mother is from the Walker area.
He was a 1979 graduate of Russell High School, Russell, and he received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Fort Hays State University in 1987.
He married Elizabeth Clevenger, Aug. 27, 1987, in Pueblo, CO.
He was employed by the city of Hays for 10 years, and then worked at Adroics-Elrob Manufacturing, Hays.
Survivors include his former wife; a son, Joshua Jeffrey; and a daughter, Natasha Elizabeth, both of Hays; father, Gary of Hays; mother & step-father Richard Van Bebber of Phillipsburg; a brother Mark of Wichita; a sister Carolyn of Hays and a granddaughter.
Funeral services were held Aug. 16, 2004, at St. Ann's Church, Walker.
The burial was in St. Ann's Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to an education fund for his children.
