RUSSELL  Allen Linn Ginther, 43, died Sunday, Sept. 12, 2004, at his home.

He was born Oct. 5, 1960, in Russell to Alex Sander and Helen Arlene (Schmidt) Ginther. He graduated from Russell High School in 1979.

He was a certified arborist for the city of Russell Parks Department for 13 years and a farmhand for Edward Heffel, Dorrance.

Survivors include his mother, Russell; three brothers, Don Ginther, Luray, and Milton Ginther and Glenn Ginther, both of Russell; and a sister, Elnora Boatright, Dorrance.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. John Lutheran Church, Russell; burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday at Pohlman-Heise Mortuary, Russell. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. today.

Memorials are suggested to the St. John Lutheran Church organ fund in care of the mortuary.
