I remained in Russellville since high school and never considered living anywhere else. I have worked for Shelter Insurance for 35 years. I have a few cattle and enjoy a little fishing when I can.
School Story:
I thought it was funny that Bruno Hampton and I got into considerable "trouble" for skipping out..Mr. Dawson strongly considered whipping us. A few days later Bruno was elected Mr.RHS and I was class favorite!! We were NOT Mr. Dawsons favorite!
I had a chance to visit with Mr. Dawson a few months before he passed away. He no longer had the pencil hair mustache. I asked him why it was gone and he said he just wasn't steady enough to shave it any more.
