Todd Lewis, 36, of Pottsville died Sunday, July 1, at University of Arkansas Medical Center at Little Rock. He was born Dec.9, 1964, at Russellville and was a research and development engineer at CAT Inc.

Survivors include his wife, Cherie Frost Lewis; son, Justin Lewis; two daughters, Amber Wallace and Michaela Lewis Kilburn; parents, Marshall and Dean Lewis of Russellville; brother and sister-in-law Reggie and Delane Lewis; sister and brother-in-law, Diane and Mark Craig; grandmother, Myrtle Hasting; nephew, Lee Lewis.

Funeral was Friday, July 6, and burial was in Bowden Cemetery on Crow Mountain. Funeral arrangements were by Humphrey Funeral Service of Russellville.
