Susan Gail Venis, 51, of Davie, Florida passed away on July 8, 2016 at her home. Susan was born in Russellville, Arkansas on October 2, 1964 to Louis and Mary Venis. She was a faithful employee of Home Depot Store #6326 in Davie, Florida where she will be missed by many.

Susan is survived by her life partner, Raquel Salazar of Davie, Florida; her three dogs; Ozzy, Koji (Cookie), and Xavi; her adopted mother, Melly Fletes; her sisters, nieces, and nephews.

A visitation will be held from 7-8 pm on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South, 2401 Davie Road, Davie, FL 33317. A memorial service celebrating Susan's life will follow at 8 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to Home Depot in memory of Susan Venis.
