**This is what we plan to have available for everyone.**

Friday Evening:

A Mixer at Buckaroo Ranch -   Tara Bates Laffoon has recently opened her Buckaroo Ranch (in the Center Valley community) that includes a barn she rents to host special events. Tara has graciously offered to let us use the barn - at no charge - for our Mixer on Friday night. She only asks for help with set up & clean up.

Dress is casual.

7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. 

 Saturday:

1.) Tour of RHS -   10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Meet at the front of RHS.

2.) Family Picnic - Russellville City Park by the Hughes Center

(This has been reserved for us from 10 a.m. - 3.p.m.)

This will be a Bring-Your-Own Lunch/Snacks.

A new Splashpad for children was installed in 2014; great playground equipment; the bathrooms & pavillion are very close. We may use the Tennis Courts & Basketball Court if we'd like, so bring your Basketball, Tennis Raquets & Tennis Balls. If you have any yard games from home that you could bring for the kids (&/or adults ;-) please do.

Additional parking is available at the Hughes Center with short walking distance to the park.

**In case of rain, we are hoping to use RHS' Cafeteria/Commons area to eat & visit with each other & our families.**

3.) 6:00 p.m.- 11:00 p.m. - Buffet Dinner - for Classmates & Spouse/Guest at ATU Lake Point Center. Dinner will be begin at 6:30. An Open-Bar will be provided. Should you choose to drink the alcoholic beverages, CASH ONLY is accepted. 

**After hearing from several classmates with suggestions, we have hired a DJ to provide music. He will start playing towards the end of our meal. Our total fee is $225.00.  One of our friends has donated the WHOLE amount!!**

Dress is Casual.

ATU Lake Point Center is located at: 171 Lake Point Lane, Russellville, 72802. (Formerly the Tyson Training Center towards London & the Nuclear Plant.)

 The Cost of the Reunion will be $35.00 per adult. This fee covers all expenses EXCEPT Alcoholic beverages. Those expenses include:

Rental of Park on Saturday, Rental of Lake Point Center building, Buffet Dinner (which is $25.00 per person); website & domain ("rhscyclones90.com") fees, name tags, banner, & any incidental costs.

**Reunion monies must be paid by July 15, 2015**.
