20 Year Reunion

Friday, October 8 & Saturday, October 9, 2010
**This is what we plan to have available for everyone.**
Friday:
1.) Attend Pep Rally (per RHS: Homecoming Pep Rally usually starts around 2:00. The school schedule hasn't been made yet, so I will post an update when I know a definite time.)
(We will enter thru the Gym (North) side of the building, where we entered for Basketball games.)
2.) Ride on a Float/Trailer in the Parade, which starts at 4:00(We have a trailer & a driver available.) (Please let us know if you will be riding.) Per Coach McCrotty: the parade starts at Lowes Auto Parts at the corner of El Paso & West "B" Street. We classmates MUST be at the trailer by 3:50 p.m. Look for a Blue Ford F-250 4-door truck pulling a trailer.
3.) Meet at Game. (We need to know how many in each party plans to attend so we can reserve enough seats.)
**The Cyclones will play their first season on artificial turf THIS year!**
4.) After the Game, is at your own leisure.
Saturday:
1.) 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. - Tour of RHS
I was told by Principal Wesley White that we won't recognize anything (except the Gym). SO MUCH remodeling has been done to the existing building we remember & new construction of a 2,000-seat Performing Arts building and Math & Science additions will almost be complete by Homecoming. We will get to tour all of that too!
2.) 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Family Picnic - at the Russellville City Park by the Hughes Center; This will be a Bring-Your-Own Lunch/Snacks.
New playground equipment was installed in '09; the bathrooms & pavillion are very close. We may use the Tennis Courts & Basketball Court if we'd like, so bring your Basketball, Tennis Raquets & Tennis Balls. If you have any yard games from home that you could bring for the kids (&/or adults ;-) please do.
Additional parking is available at the Hughes Center with short walking distance to the park.
**In case of rain, Mr. White said we may use RHS' Cafeteria/Commons area to eat & visit with each other & our families.**
3.) 6:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m. - Buffet Dinner - for Classmates & Spouse/Guest at ATU Lake Point Center. Dinner will be begin at 7:00. An Open-Bar will be provided. Should you choose to drink the alcoholic beverages, CASH ONLY is accepted.
Dress is Casual.
ATU Lake Point Center is located at: 171 Lake Point Lane, Russellville, 72802. (Formerly the Tyson Training Center towards London & the Nuclear Plant.)

The Cost of the Reunion will be $35.00 per adult. This fee covers all expenses EXCEPT the tickets to the game. Those expenses include:
Rental of Park on Saturday, Rental of Lake Point Center building, Buffet Dinner (which is $24.00 per person); website & domain ("rhscyclones90.com") fees, name tags, banner, & any incidental costs.
Should you be unable to attend the dinner, but would like to come to the other activities, the charge will be $11.00 per adult.
Reunion monies must be paid by October 1, 2010.
