BELL, Debra Nagai passed away peacefully at home on November 2, 2013 with her family by her side. She was 56 years old. Debra is survived by her husband and love of her life, Rick Edwards; parents Ikuo "Mike" and Rachel Nagai; brother Brian Nagai (Patti); sister Carol Castle (Tim); nieces Leann, Keri, Madeline, Isabelle and nephew Jack; stepchildren Roxanne Salinger (Josh) and Jake Edwards. A vibrant spirit and passionate about life, Debra danced from the time she was a child. Most recently, Debra found great joy dancing with the Ohana Dance Group in Sacramento. Debra was also a "take charge kind of person" who loved animals. Her "babies" Roscoe, Woody and Duke were closest to her heart. She was an active volunteer at the SPCA and co-owner of East Sac Pet Pals with her husband Rick. Cheryl Larson (Hall)

Debbie was a smart, funny, and kind person. She was always willing to help others out. I will always remember all the great times we had in and out of class middle and high school together. She will truly be missed. I will always remember the special times we shared and they can't be replaced by any means.
