Lluwahn K. Henry was born in Jamaica on November 26, 1979 to parents Paulette Marie Simpson and Kenneth Royston Henry (son of William Henry and Clara Walters-Henry).

She was married in Monetgo Bay Jamaica in June 2007 to Juan Garcia-Bossio.

Lluwahn was diagnosed with Stage-4 Colon Cancer in early 2005 at the age of 25, although she had no family history of the disease and although the condition usually affects people over age 50. She excelled at High School and University.
