Ruth was a teacher at the Lutheran school in Largo. Prior to that she had taught in Adrian, MI and also one other place.I attended the funeral at St. Paul's in Saginaw where I belong and where she still has family. She died of a stroke.
Does anyone recall the square dance our class had as sophomores? I think it may have been the first "Dance" held on the MLS campus. Ruth's parents along with the Shermans and Tripps hired the caller and got it set up for us. The Shermans & Muehlenbecks have passed on. The Tripps are still active in our church and going strong.
