I live in Ypsilanti with my husband Thomas. We don't have any kids, just pets. I've worked for the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor since 1993 and I'm currently the clinical trials coordinator for their clinic in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the VA. It's a very interesting job and I love working with the vets!
I've listed my blog but there's never much excitment in my life. My sister in PA and I have blogs and have found it's a great way to keep in touch with each other. Otherwise we don't have much contact. Anyway, feel free to take a look and see what an exciting life I live!
I don't know whether I'll be at the reunion. |

School Story: |
|
I remember Professor Evans telling me I needed to be more descriptive when I wrote. I mean, he was teaching literature so of course he would tell us that. I took his advice and, well, that habit was hard to break when I was in school for technical writing. That type of writing requires one to get to the point and not be too wordy. Technical writing does require some description though so what he taught us was helpful. I somehow made it through school but I didn't completely shake what Professor Evans taught us as I still have a tendancy to go on and on and on....... When people at work review my writing I'm often told it's too wordy.
Not particularly a funny or favorite memory, but it sticks out in my mind. |
