OK, well, Army (1984-88), Germany during most of that time, college, securities business, factory work, more college, BBA in Management (Magna Cum Laude) 2007 from Andrews University in Berrien Springs (oddly enough, their mascot is also a Cardinal); changed occupations, now a Restaurant Manager in Benton Harbor, MI. Successful venture as a Renaissance Faire food provider (the Black Dragon Inn) during 2006-PRESENT. Interests in brewing and winemaking, coupled with experience at Renaissance Faires, has led to an expertise in making the most ancient of period drinks, Mead. Currently working on starting my own meadery here in Michigan. |
