DAY ONE/SEMI-FORMAL DINNER

WHEN: Friday, July 22nd, 2011

TIME: 6:00 P.M. to 12:00 P.M.

WHERE: Swan Valley Banquet Center

              9521 Highland Green Dr.

              Saginaw, MI 48609

PRICING: BY APRIL 15, 2011             $50 PER PERSON/$100 PER COUPLE

                 BY JUNE 1, 2011               $65 PER PERSON/$120/PER COUPLE

**NO REFUNDS/ALL SALES FINAL** (due to facilities attendance minimum)

Price includes appetizers, a 3 meat buffet, 3 sides, 2 potatoes, and 2 vegetables.

Price also includes a 5 hour bar from 6pm-11pm. This bar includes 7 House brand liquors with a variety of mixes.  House brand Cabernet and White Zinfandel Wines and Draft Beer.  Fountain pop and assorted juices also available.

DAY TWO/FAMILY PICNIC

WHEN: SATURDAY, JULY 23, 2011

TIME: 11:00 A.M - ?

WHERE: Roethke Park

             400 Leddy St

              Saginaw, MI 48609

This is a bring YOUR OWN lunch event.  With the wide variety of ages, likes/dislikes as well as allergy concerns, we felt it was best to pack your own. 

POOL: There is a swimming pool available w/ staffed lifeguards on duty.  Pricing is not determined for this coming summer.  But based on last summer's prices....$4/per person and $10/per family (max 5) for a 3 hour swimming block. 

***Looking into planning an all VL event at a classmates house following the park. This will be a BYOB type of event.  Not scheduled yet, but will update if I can secure the place/time.
