40 Year Reunion

Salem High School Class of 1970-
Plans are being made for our 40 year class reunion. We keep wondering how it’s possible forty years have passed, but it’s true. Thanks for the feedback received from the e-mail sent last fall, we hope you will join us for a time of reminiscing and reconnection with classmates. The reunion will be held on Saturday, July 3rd the traditional reunion weekend.
We are planning a casual day starting Saturday morning with a brunch in the school cafeteria at 10:00 a.m. This will be a time for getting reacquainted and visiting as well as touring the school. At 5:30 p.m. we will gather at the armory for good food and beverages and more time together. The afternoon will be open for any activity you’d like to plan - golf, family, small gatherings etc. There is no all-school reunion planned this year, but having this time to visit and renew old friendships will be just as special. Please respond by April 15th so we can finalize the details. Cost for the brunch is $10.00 per person and cost for the evening meal is $20.00 per person. Payment should be made to Salem High School Class of 1970 and mailed to Janet Karel, 130 E Lincoln Ave. Salem, SD 57058

If you have pictures from high school or past reunions you’d like to share, as well as current pictures of you and your family please email them to Alan and Janet Karel at ajkarel@triotel.net. If you aren’t able to attend we’d still like to hear from you.
