OBITUARY

Joan Elizabeth Scanlan, aged 65, of Saint Paul, Minnesota passed away on August 3, 2020 at Our Lady of Peace Hospice after a valiant battle with cancer. She was born February 3, 1955 in Topeka, KS.  She leaves behind many dear friends and family members. Joan retired in 2018. She is survived by her daughter, Chelsea Lawson, her long time friend and partner, Patrick Parker, her sister, Patricia Pack, her brother, Michael Scanlan, and 3 grandchildren. She is also survived by her nieces, Gretchen Pack Davis and Christie Lyons Corcoran and one nephew, Nicholas Pack. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, and one sister. Joan was a fun, vibrant, and kind person and will be missed dearly. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady of Peace Hospice in Saint Paul, MN. Services are not planned at this time, a memorial after the pandemic will take place.
