Cynthia L. Brooks, 56, of Salina died Tuesday, September 20, 2011. She was born March 6, 1955 in Salina.
She is the daughter of Carroll and Evelyn Brooks.
She is survived by two children; daughter Christina L. and husband,Preston Pierce and son Adrian L. Speer; siblings Lori F. ad husband, Mark Jameson and Ray M. Brooks; grandchildren Brittani M. Thompson, Payton R. Speer and Shayne I. Davis. She was an aunt to Tobi K. Vogan, Toni M. and husband, J. P. Stevens and Jessica M. and husband. T. Jeffery and great aunt to Whitney M. Vogan, Turner D. Vogan, Shaela B. William, Brenner A. Vogan, Sherae N. William, and Kendell L. Richardson.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Laurence A. and Irene L. Fauver.

A burial will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at Roselawn Memorial Park, 1920 E. Crawford, Salina.
