Earl Reynolds

Born: 10/31/1955 in Lincoln, KS. Died: 1/6/2023 in California, where he lived since 1982.

He was born the fourth child of Paul and Delma (Meier) Reynolds, who both preceded him in death.

Survivors: Eileen (Rice) Reynolds, his wife of 47 years of the home, and a foster son, Joshua Willis of California. Brothers: Larry (Dorothy) Reynolds of Wellington, KS. and Bob Reynolds of Salina, KS. Sister: Mary Pierce of OKC, and many cousins, nephews, and nieces.

Earl graduated from Salina Central High School in 1973 and went on to graduate from Concordia College in Seward, NE, with a degree and certificate in education. He worked as a teacher and principal at several different Lutheran schools in California before being forced to retire at an early age due to major health issues.

Cremation was chosen. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 9th & Crawford, Salina, KS, followed by Interment at Roselawn Memorial Cemetery, Salina, KS. Lunch will follow at the Church. Memorials are requested to Trinity Lutheran Church or to the donor's choice of ministry.

Great guy!  Sorry to hear of his passing.  He saved me in 7th grade shop.  We made a foot stool.  The day we were supposed to put the fabric on I forgot to bring the fabric.  I was panic stricken as I would not be able to complete the project on time and Mr Elder was a no nonsense no excuses kind of teacher.  Earl came to the rescue and game me some extra he had.  I never forgot his act of kindness.
