                                  SCOTT BRADY            1955 ~ 2015

April 1955 ~ January 2015
Santa Clara, CA-Scott passed away peacefully at home on January 4, 2015
at the age of 59, due to complications of Leukemia that was diagnosed in 2010; he was surrounded
by family and loved ones. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to steadfast and loving parents
Wayne and Virginia Brady. Scott graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S in pharmacy from the
University of Utah in 1978. Scott was a long time Santa Clara community pharmacist, working at the same location for most of his career. An avid outdoorsman in his time, he loved backpacking, hiking, camping, and heading to the beach. The best times of his life were spent outdoors. He is survived by his wife Dianna and the two best daughters a father could ever wish for - Hannah Virginia and Olivia Victoria. And not to forget
his loyal best friend, Jake; who like his daughters, is the best dog a man could ever wish for. He lived a shorter life than planned but still one he considered well-lived. Family and Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 11:00 am at Lima & Campagna Sunnyvale Mortuary,
1315 Hollenbeck Avenue, Sunnyvale, California.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the World Wildlife Fund and/or the ASPCA in his name are welcome.
