Roxie was very sweet and kind. I once walked maybe 3 miles to visit her and her mom made me leave after a few minutes. Lol. I don't recall where she was working, but the day before I left for Stanford in the fall of 1974, I bought a stereo for my car from her. I am sad to know she passed.
Roxy was one of the coolest girls at skyline. We always Seem to have our lockers, either side-by-side or real close through the years, so we would always see each other before school , Or in between classes. I can still remember her perfectly walking up, long, beautiful, black hair, with her fringed purse, slung over her shoulder.
I remember once creating a diversion so she could sneak out of school. She was always super friendly and had a beautiful smile. I've always wondered, what happened to her as the years went on. I was so sad to read she had passed .

I loved Roxie, we were good friends for a long time. We lost touch and I was so shocked and sad that she passed.
