Laurianne was born in St Louis, MO on September 30, 1962, to Alan and Marilyn Sorenson. She died on May, 13, 2016. She attended Theodore Roosevelt High School and graduated in 1980. After high school Lauri took time to build her family. In 1997 Lauri returned to school, and received her Bachelors degree in Psychology at UTSA. Lauri had a loving heart, and was devoted to her sons. She passed away peacefully with her sons, and mother by her side. She ...was 53 years old.
Always a devoted daughter, mother, and friend. Lauri was preceded in death by her husband John Mathews, and her brother Larry Sorenson. She is survived by her parents Alan Sorenson, and Marilyn Sorenson. Sisters Nancy Sorenson, M'lynda Durr(Chuck), Lisa Smith and Bonnie Corbett(Raymond). Nephews and nieces Heidi Olson(Jeff), Katie Pollok(Ryan), Brandi Sorenson, Charles Durr Jr., Lindsey Smith, Kaitlyn Corbett, Raymond Corbett Jr., and Kacey Corbett. Sons Austin and Tyler Mathews.
She will be greatly missed, and always loved by her family and friends.
A memorial service is being organized, and details will be provided once finalized.
