Irma Meneses,  28 August 1948 - 17 April 2021

On Saturday, April 17, 2021, Irma Meneses went home to be with the Lord at the age of 72 years.  She was born August 28, 1948 to Thomas G. Meneses and Edelmira Perez in San Antonio, Texas. Irma was a crafty person.  She loved to work in her garden, painting, and redecorating.  She was a graduate of Highlands High School.  She worked 30 years for the Texas Workforce Commission as a Secretary.

Irma was preceded in death by her husband Carlos Richie Jr. who passed away in 2018. She is survived by her children; Mary Anne Murillo (David), Carlos Richie III, Laura Ann Richie, and William Carlos Richie (Catherine), Brother; Thomas Meneses Jr., Grandchildren; Daniel, Amanda, Miranda, David III, Melody, Devin, Adam, Lilith, Jose, Jacob, Carlos and William Jr., Jonnie and Landen, Beloved Canine; Dolly, Sky and Buster Richie, Also, numerous Great-Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends.

Visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary on Thursday, May 06, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m.  Funeral services will depart Heritage Oaks Mortuary Friday, May 07, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. for a 11:00 a.m. Mass at St. Margaret Mary’s Catholic Church.  Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.

Due to Covid19 Mandate, Mask and Social Distancing is required with a Maximum of 75 guests at the funeral home.
