Herman Wong

Took 1st job in Upstate NY, teaching math @ Clarkson College of Technology in Potsdam, NY. Reason? I wanted to experience the changing of seasons! Well, that 1st winter I fell on the icy sidwalk & broke my glasses! That was 1964. Got married in '66 to Carol of Toronto, Canada. Later taught math @ Ohio Northern U in Ada, OH. Became a Buckeye! Lived in Columbus for over 25 years, working for the State of OH. Retired in '99 & moved to Sunny San Diego in 2000.
Participating on our 50th Reunion was definitely a highlight in my life! Many thanks, forever, to Myrna for "finding" me! Fortunately, my wife & I have been able to meet socially with some of our classmates. What a blessing!

My love for sports originated at Lincoln High. I was on the cross country team, but I was no good. Love watching track & field events--esp when it's the Olympics. Happy that our daughter lettered in CC when she was in HS. I credit a lot to what I am today to those years at Lincoln High--classmates & teachers. Treasure those years!
