·        Sponsorship is not limited only to batchmates but open to other individuals, families, groups, institutions and companies.

·        Distribution of copies will be after the December 2009 Reunion so as to include the pictures of memorable events of the said reunion.

·        Those who will not join the sponsorship but want to avail copies of memorable events, the corresponding amount will be: hard copy of Souvenir Program is P500 and soft copy (dvd) of December 2009 Reunion is P50.

15. Audit – for check and balance purposes

Purpose of the Reunion: reminiscing the past, keeping in touch, bonding, networking, helping one another and our Alma Mater, conceptualizing future plans and moving forward for the greater glory of God.

Proposed assistance on 2 levels:

1.  personal    

a)    short term – gift items, prizes, giveaways, bundles of joy

b)    long term - identification of 10 most indigent persons per class especialy those who are sickly and those who had already passed away whose children are in dire need of help through livelihood and scholarship programs

2.      institutional – Sta. Cruz Academy, our Alma Mater, was badly damaged by a supertyphoon last year and the management had spent around 3 million pesos for repair. It is but fitting to extend our help to the educational institution that has once served as a ladder to reach greater heights in our life.
