I believe much of class placement must have been done alphbetically because Callie and I were in so many classes together. We met on the first day of Freshman classes, again because our names. We would laugh at the difference in our sizes and I remember resting my elbow on the top of her head on many occasions - especially in PE where we were next to each other in every lineup. We had a good time cutting up in class.

We also laughed at graduation because I had little Callie on my left and Eric Dompeling on my right. Callie thought that was so ironic.

I'm very sad I won't be able to share a laugh with her at the reunion. Our experiences were some of my most vivid and sweet high school memories.

I remember Callie when I was 10, we had just moved to Santa Maria from Rapid City, South Dakata, We'd met at church and she and Cindy McCutcheon made me feel very welcome. We were all active in our church youth group all the way thru 1st yr in college.

I recall her sister-in-law Penny Pradmore posting a notice of her passing in classmates.com and I was saddend, but happy in the knowledge that Callie was a Christian and knew she's up in heaven watching over us

Callie always welcomed me with a warm smile and a joke or two whenever I saw her. I am sad to think she has passed away and am forever grateful for knowing her.

Callie was always good for a laugh. She was a talented pianoist for our church youth group. Callie fell in love with Terry Pradmore, the neighbor boy around the corner, when he returned from the military. They met and married at church, she was so happy. She got MS and suffered terribly at the end. She and Terry had 3 children and lived in Washington state, where she died in her 40's, too young. We will all remember her laughing.
