Joe Gordillo married Bertha, sister of our classmate Mike Saenz.  They had two sons, Joey and Jesse.  After returning from Vietnam, Joe was a changed man.  Due to those challenges, he and Bertha divorced and Joe eventually, died of cirrhosis of the liver in the late 1980's.
