Tom Martinez sent me updated information he found from the Santa Maria Times that stated, "Ronald James Taylor of Santa Maria, Ca, passed away on August 5th, 2016, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Bakersfield, Ca on May 15th, 1950." Nancy Mahoney is his wife and I am so sorry for the loss.
