Good Afternoon Everyone,

It is my prayer and blessing that this announcement reaches all in good health in spirits!!!  As you know we are fast approaching the 2nd Annual All Alumni Picnic which will be held June 4th at the Coastal Empire Fairgrounds.  This function helped to raise funds last year to assist the immediate student populace, community and faculty of Beach High School.  I take extreme pride in organizing  this event because this All Alumni Reunion was actually the brainchild of several members of our GREAT class!  We have always known that the Class of 1989 was one of (if not) the best to walk through the halls of our illustrious Alma Mater and we will continue that tradition of loyalty and excellence through the God given and God inspired talents that rests in each of us.

With that being said '89, we must be organized and ready!  Some of classmates have already stepped forward to make sure that our family enjoy a day of fun.  Roy (Bridges) has provided tents for us to use and Shannon (McAdams) will again cater the good down home feast  as last year (if you missed it you better ask somebody!!).  The cost will be $10 p/adult and $5 p/child (for the catering).  This cost is not included in the entry fee and is very minimal considering Shannon has taken on a great task that we will not have to worry about.  I strongly believe in supporting family, especially our '89 classmates. 

In addition to this we need classmates to donate desserts, drinks, ice, paper goods, forks, spoons, plates,  tablecloths, etc.  Please contact me via email to let me know what you plan on donating.

Shannon needs a head count of everyone who plans of participating.  She can be reached at (912) 323.9797.  Payments for the catering should be given to her as well (as she will purchase and prepare our food) and can be dropped off to her at 1014 West 52nd Street, Savannah 31405.  Out of town classmates, please contact her so she can let you know what will be best.

Lastly, if you have not purchased your tickets for the picnic, Tony (Hall), Renee' (Stewart) and myself still have them for $5.  If you purchase from the any of the outlets, they will be $10.
