Mr. James “Swan” Dilworth, II, 54, had his transition on Saturday, July 9, 2016 under the excellent and professional care of Hospice Savannah surrounded by his loving family. 

Memorial service for Mr. James "Swan" "Jimmy" "Jim Jim" Dilworth, II will be held 11:30 A.M., Friday, July 15, 2016 in The Adams Chapel.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Joy Young-Dilworth, children; Shala(Ron)Robertson, James III, Christopher Lawton, and Theus Young, mother; Lillian Sutton, sister; Stacey(Ron)Seabrooks, special cousin; Lynette Williams and a host of relatives and friends.
