The comment in the obit about Bob's "bombastic personality" was right on the mark! I can recall him going on about the Joe Pyne, one of the first confrontational talk show hosts, a la Don Imus, Bill O'Reilly, et.al. The die must have been cast early in Bob's life, as he apparently successfully pursued this career right up to the end.
I remember Bob's hilarious stand up about Joe Pyne outside of Mr. Norton's class. Funny guy. I believe he had his own radio broadcast in high school. Bob apparently fufilled his dream of being in broadcasting. God bless him. RIP.
