Jimmy “Dwayne” Harper, 55 of 103 Hope Ave. Seneca, SC went to be with his Lord and Savior Nov. 24th, 2016. He was born April, 28th, 1961 to Jimmy & Betty Jo Harper in Seneca, SC. He was a Welder & Farrier by trade. He loved horseback riding, Rodeo. He was preceded in death by his mother, and a sister, Deborah “Darlene” Fertig. He is survived by his father, Jimmy Ray Harper, and a daughter, Chyene Adel Harper, a sister, Angel Denise Bagwell, a brother-in-law, Ken Fertig, nieces, Katie Fabel, Kristen & Chanson Fertig. Funeral services will be held 2:30pm Sunday, Nov. 27th, 2016 at the Brown-Oglesby Chapel, with Stanley Johnson & Heath Manley officiating, burial to follow at Oconee Memorial Park The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 prior to the service. Brown-Oglesby is assisting the family.
