What have you been up to since you graduated?
Annelle Rigsby earned a B.S. degree in Elementary Education from Ohio University and a Masters Degree in Education from Georgia State University. She worked fourteen years in public schools, first as a teacher and then as a curriculum specialist. Annelle has co-authored five books:Race to Kitty Hawk, Escape to the Everglades, Kidnapped in Key West, The Christmas Anniversary, and Ghost of Gator Island in addition to co-writing and illustrating the Escape to the Everglades and the Kidnapped in Key West Teacher's Activity Guides. For preschoolers, Annelle wrote and illustrated the Phil and Freddy interactive picture book iPad app series (Phil and Freddy's Picnic, Phil and Freddy Go To Nashville, Phil and Freddy's Halloween, and Phil and Freddy's Christmas) and the e-picture book, Where Is Everyone?. Annelle's other interests include reading, painting, biking, and avidly collecting small smiling frogs.
