JOHN J. KRAL, 61, of Mentor-on-the-Lake. John was a loving husband and father, survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Patricia (O'Neill) Kral and children, Patrick Kral, a student at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and Elizabeth Kral (fiance, Jonathan Jarrous) of Willoughby. He also leaves his nephew, Steven Kral and niece, Cyndi Kral and many dear friends. His parents, Elmer and Helen Kral are deceased. Born July 13, 1950, in Shaker Hts., he lived in Chesterland for 14 years before moving to Mentor-on-the-Lake in 1993, where he passed away Monday, April 23, 2012, at his home. Mr. Kral and his wife were former owners of P.J.'s Office Supply Company in Chesterland. He was an avid golfer and loved to spend summers at the family cottage on Pelee Island in Canada. He also enjoyed cigars, sports and the music of his favorite band, The Doors. A gathering to celebrate his life will be held from 5 - 7 P.M., Thursday, April 26, 2012, at DAVIS-BABCOCK FUNERAL HOME, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby, followed by a time of remembrances beginning at 7 P.M.
