I graduated from Winona State University in 1989. I moved to Victorville, CA that summer and have been teaching at the same school (Mojave Vista Elementary) ever since. I married in July 1990 (to a man I knew from MN), separated in late 2000 and was divorced "officially" in 2003. I have been a single mom of four children for the past eight years. I got my Master's Degree in Education from Chapman University, here in CA, in 1995. My children and I have always made our yearly trips back to Shakopee and spent several weeks each time seeing family and friends who still reside there. (Including our big adventure in 2004 when I purchased a 31 foot Winnebago and we spent a month driving back with a variety of stops along the way.) It was awesome! We still enjoy camping in our RV...but with gas prices, we camp much closer to home!) My life working full time and keeping up with four children's sometimes crazy schedules is VERY busy--but it's wonderful!! I have an awesome family and am very blessed! I'm planning to return to Shakopee for the Reunion and look forward to "catching up" with everyone!
