William Jesse Hewett, 34, of Apollo Street, died Sunday, September 19, 2004, in Wilmington, NC.
Born in Whiteville, NC, on January 4, 1970, he was a son of William "Wiley" Hewett of Wilmington, and Peggy Smith of Supply. He was a US Army veteran having served in Desert Storm.
Survivors include his mother, Peggy Smith of Supply; his father, William Wiley Hewett and wife Lois of Wilmington; paternal grandmother, Allie Hewett of Shallotte; a daughter, Ashlyn Brianna Hewett; two sisters, Martha Spike of Wilmington, Elizabeth Condrey of Spartanburg, SC; two step-sisters, Lori Simmons of Clayton, NC, Jan Gore of Wilmington; a step-brother, Craig Gore of Wilmington; two aunts, Nora Milliken and husband David, Judy Andrews and husband Jerry; a special niece, Sharon Jamie Lynn January; special friend, Michael H. Hewett; three nephews, Bruce Condrey, Thomas Condrey and Brandon Gore.
