Pet peeve is Mr. Drakes math class.

Will never forget baseball game at Darby/Colwyn.

Future plans are either Law enforcement, Community College, or the Army.

 

John D. 'Jack' Carr Jr.

John D. "Jack" Carr Jr., 49, of Ridley Park, died Dec. 16 at his home.
Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Carr graduated from Sharon Hill High School in 1973 and worked as a federal police officer at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard for the past 24 years.

He served four years in Marines as a member of the military police.

Mr. Carr was the son of the late John D. Carr, Sr.  Survivors: Mother, Isabelle Wark Garber of Ridley Park brothers, Edmund Carr of Matthews, N.C., Nelson Garber of Ridley Park and Christopher Garber of Sharon Hill sisters, Linda McHugh of Folcroft, Dorothy Carr of Ridley Park and Donna Horne of Philadelphia.

Service: 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Cavanagh Family Funeral Home, 301 Chester Pike, Norwood. Visitation: 7-9 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial: SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Marple.
