Not many people know that the summer after 10th grade, I had to go to summer school. I was NOT happy about this, though it was entirely my fault. Those few weeks would have been misery had it not been for Lela. She made every day something to look forward to. I was heartbroken to come here & find that she passed away. I will always remember that summer and how much better she made life. Lela was wild and passionate and fun - a total free spirit. I will always be grateful for her kindness & friendship. ♥
