Survived by: two brothers and a sister, Keith, Karen and Kent Dunham all at home; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Smith and Mrs. Maude Smith all of Shelbyville; and Mrs. Dorothy Dunham of R.R. 2, Shelbyville
