Theresa Lee Ann Ford (Larson), 41, passed away Thursday, August 2, 2012 in Ames. Her wishes were to be cremated and a Memorial Visitation will be held 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, August 6, 2012 at Stevens Memorial Chapel, 607- 28th St. Ames, IA. 
Survivors include her daughter, Angie Ford; son, AJ Ford; father, Harvey Larson; grandson, James Ford; brother, Mike Larson; the father of her children, James Ford; sister-in-law, Angie Ford; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dwight and Helen Ford; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Larson who passed away on July 29, 2006.
