We hope you are planning on attending the Sheridan High School Class of 1991 20th reunion!!
Location: Sheridan, WY
Date: July 15th & 16th 2011
Registration deadline: June 27th on-line with payment postmarked 6/27/2011.
Thanks for all your input through the class reunion surveys. Our selected venues were based on your answers. Below is a list of events for the reunion. You'll be able to pick and chose the events you'd like to attend.
CLASS OF 1991 20TH CLASS REUNION:
Social (BYOB) - Informal social at the Pony Bar & Grill after the morning parade on Friday, July 15th, around noon. We may try to post up our banner in a certain area for this, but we could not reserve a section as its really busy during this time. You will be taking care of paying for any food or drink you may want at this venue. (This was the #1 choice location, timing, etc. for the social. Because this choice is on Friday afternoon we took the second choice for timing of the family picnic.)
High School Tour (No cost) - Experience a flashback and take in the changes with a tour of the high school. Meet at the front doors of the high school at 10am on Saturday, July 16th. This is free.
Family Picnic ($10-$40) - Saturday July 16th at 11am-2pm, at Kendrick Park in the large shelter (#3) area near the horseshoe pits. Cost: $10/per person or $40/family. This will include lunch, drinks, desert & entertainment. There will be games and activities for the kids and the adults.
Adult Dinner - Saturday July 16th at 6pm, at the Historic Sheridan Inn. This will be an adult only function. Dress can really be anything you prefer. Most may prefer business casual attire. There will be dinner, music, & entertainment. Cost: $35/per person. This includes dinner buffet, ice tea, coffee, beer and desert. There will also be a cash bar. We'll be showing a slide show of the past. Please help us with the slide show and send any high school photos you may have to Julie at: juleswyo@hotmail.com. Also consider photos of alumni we have lost for a tribute page.
REGISTRATION STEP #1:(PLEASE BE SURE TO MAIL IN YOUR CHECKS WHEN YOU REGISTER ON-LINE! They need to be postmarked by June 27, 2011!). Any registrations & payments after June 27, 2011 need to include an additional $5/per paid event ($10 max) for your late registration.
Checks should be made payable to "Class of 1991" and mail to: Class of 1991 20th Reunion, 1200 Stonegate Drive, Bozeman, MT 59715. Checks/registrations mailed after June 27, 2011, must be mailed to: P.O. Box 2051, Sheridan, WY 82801 and need to be received by July 7th, 2011. Please get your checks in on time. We need funds and head counts a good week before our reunion. Registrations recived after July 7th are not guaranteed. Thank you.
Cancellations: We will make our best efforts to issue refunds for any cancellations. Unfortunately notification of any cancellations after July 6th may not result in a refund as we need to have committed numbers to our venues. Please email: holton0321@msn.com for any cancellations.
