Reunion Meet & Greet

Friday night will be our meet & greet. The location is tentatively set for the Celebrity Lounge at El Dorado Casino in Shreveport, LA.  The cost is $5 per person at the door but we will have a table or two reserved for our class to come out for drinks and dancing and having a great time.  You may also pick up your tickets and T-shirts at this time. Classmates and guests are asked to wear ALL WHITE!

 

Reunion Costs
It is our sincerest mission to provide you with the best reunion activities and entertainment at the best price possible. The Reunion Committee has taken costs into consideration when making all of our decisions. We worked very hard to plan an eventful weekend that will be fun and affordable. However, things still do come at a cost and this is no exception. The old saying still rings true... you get what you pay for.
 

The cost breakdown is as follows:*
  • $100 per grad  (NOW only $85 thru April 15th)
  • $  70 per guest**
  • $200 for 2 grads (1992 Classmate), even if he/she is your guest
* Costs include food, drinks, t-shirts and gift bag. Alcohol not included.
** If you are not sure if you are bringing a guest yet, you may pay for yourself now and pay for your guest later. However, they will not receive a reunion shirt or gift bag.

Important Note:
NOTE: There is a 4.9% fee added to each transaction to cover the credit card processing. This fee is non-fundable.

Important Deadline Information:
After December 31st, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
These prices are guaranteed until April 15th and will increase after that date. If you know that you are planning to attend, please make every effort to pay ASAP or call to make payment arrangements.
The Final payment deadline is July 1st, 2012. We WILL NOT accept any payments after that date. PLEASE NOTE: We WILL NOT be accepting payments at the door (except Friday night).
Security will ensure valid entry for PAID PARTICIPANTS ONLY! If you don't pay, you don't get in.
Methods of Payment
We are accepting online payments by Credit Card through this website.  Mailed payments with money orders or cashiers check only. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
