Donna Bergmann (Daniluck)
1958-2016
On June 29, 2016, Donna Marie Bergmann, beloved wife of Steven Bergmann and mother of Helena Bergmann of Gaithersburg, MD, passed away peacefully at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, Rockville, MD. She was preceded in death by her parents Helen and Serge Daniluck of Silver Spring, MD, and godparents Olga Skordinski and John Belchyk of Florida and Ambridge, PA respectively. She is survived by brothers John (Barbara) and Michael (Mary Jean) Daniluck, both of Tampa, FL, and cousins in the Ambridge, PA area, Indiana and Ohio, Mother-in-law Doris Carlson of Sun City West, AZ, Sister-in-law Laura Bergmann of Eden Prairie, MN, as well as numerous nephews, a niece, grandnephews and nieces, and family friends residing in states along the Eastern US coast from Connecticut to Florida.

Donna was a lifelong resident of the Montgomery County suburbs of Washington, DC, and a
parishioner in the Russian Orthodox faith at Saint Nicholas Cathedral, Washington, DC, and lately
of the Orthodox Church of Saint Matthew, Columbia, MD. She was a graduate of Northwood
High School, Kemp Mill, MD (1976), and the University of Maryland, University College.
She now rests in peace at All Souls cemetery, Germantown, MD.

Her working career spanned from secretary at the law firm of Finley, Kumble, Wagner for former
Maryland Senator Joseph Tydings, through many successful years in Tupperware sales, all the while
donating her talents to the Dormition Sisterhood Guild at St. Nick's and St. Matthew's, where
many will remember her as a food server at the Greek booth at the church festival.
She was the light of my life, best friend to Helena, and will be missed by so many.
